About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing daily professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Book domestic and international flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in managing accounts, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Support in organizing events, personal errands, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing high-level executives’ schedules.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and financial management.
