🚀 We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant to the CEO
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can manage priorities efficiently, maintain confidentiality, and support executive operations in a fast-paced business environment.
📍 Location: Dubai
💼 Full-Time Position
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs
• Handle confidential documents and executive correspondence
• Liaise with clients, partners, and senior management
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (2–5+ years preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and professional etiquette
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
