Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly capable and discreet Personal Assistant to join the Executive Office in Dubai.

This role supports the CEO (professional and selected personal matters), as well as the COO and Chief Culinary Officer (professional scope only). The position requires strong executive presence, exceptional organization, and the ability to operate confidently within a fast-paced, international hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars for senior leadership
  • Coordinate executive meetings with international owners, partners, and investors
  • Draft high-level correspondence and ensure brand-aligned communication
  • Organize global travel itineraries, site visits, and VIP logistics
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Track follow-ups, action points, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Liaise with finance, legal, marketing, and operations teams
  • Support confidential matters for the CEO with absolute discretion
  • Coordinate culinary development meetings and operational planning sessions
Profile
  • 4-6+ years supporting C-level executives
  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, luxury, or international groups preferred
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities across time zones
  • Fluent English required; French is a plus
