Personal Assistant Caregiver

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – DBMD Program

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Conroe, Texas
Shift: Days / Evenings / Weekends

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work with an individual.

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience with tube feeding (G-tube preferred)
• Experience supporting individuals with seizure disorders
• Ability to recognize, document, and respond appropriately to seizure activity
• Experience working with individuals with developmental and/or multiple disabilities preferred

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct care and supervision
• Administering tube feedings per care plan
• Monitoring for seizure activity and following established protocols
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Accurate documentation and reporting
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

• DSP, CNA, or similar caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be dependable, patient, and attentive to detail
