Executive Assistant & Creative Strategist

Location: NYC (Hybrid) | Hours: 10–15 hrs/week (with opportunity to increase)

Seeking a right-hand creative to help manage and scale a beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content creator. This role blends high-level content strategy with daily administrative execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site iPhone content capture and provide light video editing (CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
• Repost content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; manage Amazon, LTK, and ShopMy storefronts.
• Brainstorm trend-driven content ideas and design aesthetic assets in Canva.
• Handle day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth brand operations.

Requirements

• Must be NYC-based for in-person shoot days in Manhattan or Brooklyn
• Completed Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a degree program.
• Deeply familiar with the beauty/lifestyle space and current social media trends.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and social platform ecosystems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and "chronically online" in the best way.
