Personal Assistant (Luxury Private Role)

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide full-time, high-level support within a refined, international lifestyle setting.

Preferred Background:

Luxury hotel & tourism industry, ideally with managerial housekeeping or premium hospitality experience.

Requirements:

* Fluent English (spoken & written) – mandatory

* Strong experience as a Personal Assistant

* Impeccable presentation and polished demeanor

* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

* Absolute discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness

* Flexible and comfortable with frequent international travel

* Able to provide dedicated, day-long in-person support

Role Overview & Responsibilities:

* Full private butler service with anticipatory, high-standard hospitality

* Overseeing and personally maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards

* Managing daily personal needs, schedules, and real-time organization

* Handling personal errands and on-ground arrangements

* Coordinating travel logistics and providing continuous support during trips and events

* Maintaining wardrobe care, presentation standards, and personal environment organization

* Upholding complete discretion and confidentiality in all matters
