Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Track tasks and follow up on action items assigned by the Managing Director.
  • Maintain confidential records and documents.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Can join immediately
