Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure efficient time management.

Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.

Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) for documents, contracts, and confidential records.
Communication & Liaison
-
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
-
Screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries, handling them when appropriate.
-
Ensure clear communication flow and proactive follow-up on pending matters.
Travel & Event Coordination
-
Organize business travel itineraries, visas, flights, and accommodation for the CEO.
-
Plan and coordinate company events, board meetings, and executive functions.
-
Prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materials for meetings.
Operational & Business Support
-
Assist in project coordination, research, and preparation of business documents.
-
Track deadlines, key deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
-
Provide support in confidential HR and business matters as delegated by the CEO.

Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
-
3–5 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-Level Executives.

Preferably a South African National, though other qualified applicants are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital productivity tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
-
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
-
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Coordinates with: Senior Management, Department Directors, and External Stakeholders.
