Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Petrol Pump Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our fuel station and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly service. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, financial understanding, and prior experience in handling retail or petrol pump operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations including fuel dispensing and convenience store management
• Monitor all financial transactions, maintain records, and prepare daily/weekly balance sheets
• Handle cash management, process credit card payments, and manage cash deposits
• Set sales targets, develop strategies, and monitor performance to maximize revenue
• Manage inventory for fuel, including ordering, pricing, and receiving fuel deliveries
• Oversee inventory of lubricants, snacks, and other store items
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and operational standards
• Supervise staff scheduling, performance, and discipline
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high service quality

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 3–9 years of experience in petrol pump operations, retail management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage staff and maintain a safe work environment
