Photographer / Videographer (Real Estate Experience Preferred)

We are looking for a creative and experienced Photographer/Videographer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate visuals, storytelling, and digital content creation, with the ability to deliver high-quality media aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of:
• Building exteriors
• Common areas
• Apartments
• Ongoing renovation and development progress
• Document project progress regularly for internal records and reporting
• Create engaging visual content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Film and produce video content featuring real estate brokers
• Edit photos and videos in line with brand guidelines and timelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in photography and videography
• Real estate experience is preferred
• Strong skills in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Ability to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms
• Good understanding of social media trends and marketing content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred

• Experience in real estate or property development projects
• A strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography work
