Planning Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our fast-growing automotive manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, project scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and production teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
• Prepare reports and present progress to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering. (DAE may be considered with strong experience)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in production or planning. (Automotive sector preferred)
• Strong knowledge of planning tools. (MS Project, Excel, SAP systems)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
