Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our Aluminum & Façade division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs related to façade and aluminum systems. This role requires technical expertise, commercial awareness, and strong coordination skills to ensure projects are executed within budget, scope, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports for façade and aluminum works.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and cost comparison analysis.
• Monitor and update project progress using planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams for project alignment.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, certifications, and variations.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and progress claims for client and management review.
• Support project control functions including budgeting, cash flow, and performance tracking.
• Identify potential delays or cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Aluminum & Façade projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• UAE experience and familiarity with local market pricing preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
