Plant Operator (Manager Engineering)

1. Oversee plant engineering and maintenance operations for herbal product manufacturing.

2. Ensure all machinery, utilities, and equipment (such as extractors, blenders, dryers, tablet/capsule machines, and packaging lines) are running efficiently.

3. Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

4. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards specific to herbal production.

5. Coordinate with the production, quality, and R&D teams for equipment optimization.

6. Lead installation and commissioning of new machines and technology.

7. Monitor utility systems such as HVAC, water purification, steam, and compressed air – critical for herbal production.

8. Implement energy-saving and process improvement initiatives.

9. Manage engineering documentation, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.

10. Lead a team of technicians and junior engineers; manage manpower planning and training.

Requirements:
Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical Engineering
3-4 years of experience as a manager engineer in Plant Operator, Installation of Plant Machinery, Repair the Machinery automotive and automobile industry
Salary Range: 100,000 to 120,000
