PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst - UAEN

The PMO Analyst is responsible for monitoring Museum Abu Dhabi’s projects by collaborating with various project managers as well as with Museum Abu Dhabi’s key partner, AFM. The role holder will support in communicating and executing the strategic initiatives within the Museum Abu Dhabi.

• Collaborates with the Strategic Projects Unit Head to develop and measure organizational goals, methods, policies and procedures for implementing programs in alignment with the strategic vision, mission and goals.
• Gathers data from project managers and museum Abu Dhabi AFM partners on status of strategic projects and prepares related reports.
• Engages with project team members and collects the required information to prepare and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual dashboards, trackers, reports and metrics.
• Provides assistance in managing budget and any related procurement tasks associated with the project as and when needed.
• Proactively contributes to the improvements of the PMO office and engages with Unit Head in developing and enhancing the systems, processes, templates, and tools used on all applicable projects.
• Supports in the development of a well-structured project plan which covers clear timelines, key milestones, task owners and decision point for the project/programs.
• Reports the updates to the Unit head on strategic project progress and flags any delays or setbacks.
• Supports the Unit Head in preparation of departmental level performance cards.
• Leads awareness sessions on project management best practices and provide advice as needed.
• Other duties as applicable to the role.

Key requirement :

• Graduate
• Experience between 1 to 3 years
• Interest to work in a musuem/ art & cultural institution
• Good knowledge in strategy and performance
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Experience in project management
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy or related disciplines
