Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Cash Management:
- Manage day-to-day business transactions including cash inflow and outflow.
- Record and reconcile cash, bank, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
POS System & Purchase Management:
- Enter purchase invoices and stock entries into the POS system.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of inventory through the POS.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment when needed.
- Prepare and process stock transfers between stores/branches.
Inventory & Store Audits:
- Conduct weekly and monthly audits of stores to verify stock levels, sales data, and compliance.
- Reconcile discrepancies in inventory and investigate variances.
- Work closely with store managers to ensure accurate reporting.
Ledger Maintenance & Reporting:
- Maintain supplier and customer ledgers.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with concerned parties.
- Generate periodic financial and inventory reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or wholesale.
- Proficiency in POS software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and reporting abilities.
