Renowned for luxurious design, superior craftsmanship, and timeless elegance, we are expanding our presence in India and seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Consultant to drive sales growth and oversee showroom operations in Bangalore.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in interior design or architecture, experience in the luxury home furnishings market, and a strong, results-driven mindset. An established network within the design, architecture, and real estate communities will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end customers, interior designers, architects, and developers.
- Promote and sell Jennifer Taylor Home’s luxury furniture collections to residential and commercial clients.
- Provide expert product knowledge and tailored interior design recommendations.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales transactions.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and secure repeat business.
Showroom & Brand Presence
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a premier customer experience.
- Maintain showroom standards and visual merchandising that highlight craftsmanship and design.
- Organize and participate in showroom events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Build partnerships with architectural firms, design studios, and luxury real estate developers.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute local promotions and strengthen regional brand visibility.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in the luxury furniture and interior design sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Establish long-term relationships with prestige brands and industry influencers.
Order & Operations Support
- Assist clients with order placement, monitor delivery schedules, and manage special/custom requests.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track stock levels and provide insights on product trends to support business strategy.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client databases, and revenue reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and local regulations.
- Provide timely performance reports and updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury/premium furniture sales, showroom management, or high-end retail.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of interior design trends, luxury furnishings, and high-net-worth clientele.
- Networking: Established relationships with designers, architects, and real estate professionals.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Luxury Market Experience: Prior experience with premium or high-end brands preferred.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
- Compensation:
- Full-Time: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,50,000 per annum (commensurate with experience and performance history). The commission will be based on project value and paid quarterly.
Freelance / Commission-Based: Commission on project value, paid quarterly
