PPC Manager- (Lahore)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced PPC Manager to manage the overall production planning, scheduling, and control activities of our textile facility. The candidate must have a strong background in production planning, resource management, and coordination between departments to ensure on-time order completion and smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines.
• Prepare and update the Production Plan according to order priorities, capacity, and timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Cutting, Stitching, Dyeing, Washing, and Finishing departments for smooth production flow.
• Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, manpower, and raw materials.
• Track production progress and address any delays or bottlenecks immediately.
• Analyze order requirements and ensure material availability as per the plan.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure target achievements according to customer timelines.
• Support management in achieving on-time delivery (OTD) and cost efficiency goals.
• Implement production control systems and continuous improvement activities.
• Conduct regular meetings with production teams to review progress and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with the quality and maintenance departments to minimize downtime and quality rejections.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of experience as a PPC Manager in a textile or garments factory.

Strong knowledge of textile production processes (spinning, weaving, dyeing, washing, stitching, finishing).

Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
