Job Purpose
The PPC Executive is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely order execution, optimal resource utilization, and on-time delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning
- Prepare production plans based on confirmed orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sales, and production departments.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure balanced production loading across departments.
2. Production Monitoring
- Track order progress from raw material to final shipment.
- Identify production delays and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor line efficiency and productivity.
- Follow up with departments to meet delivery deadlines.
3. Material Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for material availability.
- Ensure timely issuance of raw materials.
- Prevent production stoppages due to shortages.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare production status reports.
- Maintain order tracking sheets.
- Update ERP/SAP system records.
- Provide management with progress updates.
5. Coordination
- Liaise between production, quality, warehouse, and merchandising teams.
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Assist in solving operational bottlenecks.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
- 2–5 years experience in PPC or production planning (sports manufacturing preferred).
