About WBM International

WBM International is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Influencer Relations Manager to lead influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, and digital relationship management. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to execute impactful influencer campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, celebrities, and talent agencies
• Identify and onboard influencers aligned with WBM brands and campaigns
• Manage outreach, negotiations, contracts, and influencer collaborations
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, product seeding, giveaways, and sponsored partnerships
• Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution and reporting
• Ensure content alignment with brand guidelines across platforms
• Track performance metrics, engagement, and ROI
• Stay updated on influencer trends and emerging creators
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or talent management
• Strong network of influencers and creator contacts
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing influencer campaigns and reporting performance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, FMCG, or e-commerce brands
• Knowledge of influencer analytics and campaign tools
• Existing influencer database or portfolio is a plus
