We are seeking a motivated and polished Premium Property Consultant to join our growing team and represent our high‑value listings and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote premium properties across Abu Dhabi’s top communities.
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, lifestyle presentations, and investment consultations.
• Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, ROI, and community insights.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and clients.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with premium market expectations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium or mid‑to‑high‑end segments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
