Our client is a globally recognized leader in medium- and high-voltage electrical fuses, with over seven decades of expertise in providing complete advanced protection solutions for electrical installations. Renowned for its technical innovation and reliability, our client operates across international markets and continues to expand its global footprint through strategic growth initiatives.


Our client is seeking an experienced, results-driven President to lead the strategic commercial and operational functions of its U.S. operations, including sales, business development, project management, after-sales service, supply chain, finance, corporate development, and administration, while driving commercial excellence and operational efficiency in close alignment with global headquarters.


The role calls for a dynamic leader capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. This leader will be instrumental in shaping the organization’s market presence, advancing corporate objectives, strengthening organizational capabilities to capitalize on emerging opportunities, and partnering closely with global leadership to execute a high-impact, results-oriented growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership, administering the business in accordance with corporate policies.
  • In partnership with the global executive team, define and execute measurable short- and long-term strategies, priorities, and objectives.
  • Review, enhance, and optimize internal operations, processes, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assess and refine the sales and organizational structure to enable scalable growth, increased market share, revenue, and profitability.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility, including budget management and financial performance improvement.
  • Drive sales growth through targeted market and customer strategies, leveraging industry relationships to expand business opportunities.
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives with U.S.-based teams and global sales and engineering counterparts in European HQ.


Key Qualifications:

  • Several years of leadership experience in sales, business development, and/or key account management, combined with general management experience, ideally leading a subsidiary of a similarly sized organization.
  • Proven success scaling a small business into a mid-sized enterprise within an industrial B2B environment.
  • Strong sales background with experience across multiple channels.
  • Track record of designing and implementing scalable business processes appropriate to company size and growth stage.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including CRM, ERP, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Technical aptitude in electrical or electronic components and their applications.
  • Global mindset with experience working across cultures; prior experience with a European parent organization is preferred.
