As a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires us to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Internal Stakeholder Management

Please note this roles would require you to work in Night Shifts (CST timezone)

  • Partner closely with Sourcing, Coordination, and Operations teams to manage 30–40 concurrent requisitions, ensuring smooth handoffs, pipeline visibility, and adherence to timelines.
  • Monitor recruitment funnel metrics daily and proactively flag bottlenecks, driving corrective actions with sourcing teams to protect SLAs and hiring targets.
  • Provide clear intake briefs, priority alignment, and role calibration sessions to internal teams, enabling efficient parallel hiring across multiple requisitions.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters and sourcers on best practices, stakeholder expectations, and client-specific nuances to enhance delivery quality and speed.
  • Drive data accuracy and real‑time ATS updates, ensuring reliable reporting and transparent communication across all internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across multiple workstreams, balancing recruiter capacity while maintaining quality across high‑volume and complex roles.
  • This role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Conduct intake sessions, hiring strategy meetings, and cadence calls with stakeholders
  • Drive the entire recruitment process independently while ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • End to End requisition management.


External / Client Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with senior hiring managers across 30–40 active requisitions, ensuring consistent communication, expectation setting, and prioritization.
  • Lead detailed vacancy kick‑off and recalibration discussions covering role scope, skill requirements, market availability, DEI goals, compensation, and hiring timelines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, using market data and talent insights to influence hiring decisions, manage expectations, and guide stakeholders on realistic outcomes.
  • Proactively communicate hiring progress, risks, and mitigation plans for each requisition, minimizing escalation and last‑minute surprises.
  • Drive complexes offer management and negotiations, aligning candidate expectations with business constraints to maximize offer acceptance rates.
  • Facilitate demand planning and forecasting discussions to anticipate future hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines beyond live requisitions.
  • Maintain high CSAT scores by delivering consistent, high‑quality hiring manager and candidate experience, even under high requisition load.
