We are thrilled to announce that we are recruiting for new roles as part of extended partnership with one of our flagship pharmaceutical clients— now expanding into exciting new geographies including Egypt.

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our client’s company values and requirements.

For this role you will ideally be based in our client office premises in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Accountabilities

You’ll support our success by:

• Engaging with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions.

• Proactively sourcing (identifying) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites).

• Developing own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)

• Engaging, screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability in order to create long-lists.

• Partnering closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and sourcing priorities.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and strong communicator across hiring teams

Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:

• Fluency in English and Arabic - both written and spoken.
• Fluency in French is preferred, but is not essential.
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing using innovative tools and creative search methods.

• Background in a multinational environment, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across functions.
