Procurement Administrator – FEMALE

The Procurement Administrator supports the procurement and supply chain function by managing purchase processes, vendor coordination, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth and cost-effective procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and deliveries
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
  • Support vendor onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Assist in price comparisons and cost analysis
  • Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requests
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory coordination
  • Prepare procurement reports and data tracking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
