About Your Team

This role is part of ALEC Holdings’ Strategic Procurement Department. A small, dynamic, and solutions-driven team operating at Group level and reporting to the Group Director – Strategic Procurement. Working closely with the CFO/COO, the team drives excellence in sourcing, governance, and sustainability across all business units. Collaborative and innovation-focused, the team leads key transformation initiatives including group-level integration of indirect procurement, enhanced analytics and reporting, and IPO readiness.


Your Role

As a Procurement Analyst, you will:

  • Consolidate and validate procurement data across business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ALEC policies.
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track spend, savings, and supplier performance, turning data into strategic insights.
  • Monitor and report on ESG, ICV, and Supplier Code of Conduct compliance, ensuring transparency and accountability across the supply chain.
  • Support the adoption of digital procurement tools and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Managers and business units to align reporting and performance tracking across direct and indirect categories.
  • Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives including ERP enhancements, data integrity, and process standardisation.
  • Your hours will be 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • Your working days are Monday to Friday
  • Your work location is Marina Plaza, Dubai


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Procurement or Business Analysis, with preferred exposure to procurement analytics, reporting, or supply chain data management.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of procurement processes, spend analytics, and digital transformation in corporate or project environments.
  • Expertise: Skilled in Power BI (or equivalent BI tools), data modelling, and presenting insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., CMiC, SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with e-procurement tools or B2B marketplaces.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Curiosity and innovation mindset with passion for process improvement.
