Job Title: Procurement cum Coordination Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement cum Coordination Officer to join our team specializing in building materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Procurement & sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients & suppliers.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and issue LPOs, RFQs, and supplier packages with comparison sheets.

· Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and quality service.

· Manage both local and international purchasing processes, including forwarding and documentation.

· Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

· Perform inventory analysis and assist in stock management to meet project requirements.

· Support procurement documentation, data entry, and basic accounting functions.

· Ensure procurement activities comply with safety, quality, and company policies.

· Assist senior staff in vendor evaluation, negotiations, and procurement strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in Procurement is mandatory.

· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.

· Knowledge of inventory management and analysis.

· Basic accounting skills, including data entry and financial documentation.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.

· High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
