Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and purchase high-quality materials and products at competitive prices.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliability and quality of goods and services.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely deliveries.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, new products, and potential suppliers.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the [industry or sector relevant to Misar Trading].
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
