Procurement Executive

Job Summary-:

The ideal candidate will manage sourcing activities, negotiate with suppliers, ensure timely procurement of quality materials, and support production continuity. You will play a key role in maintaining a cost-effective and efficient supply chain while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Procurement & Sourcing

- Source and Procure parts for overhauling and repairing for Fuel Injection & Machines.

- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers

- Processing of Purchase Requisition (PR) for Service Jobs assigned by CSR

- Processing of Direct Sales Enquiries from SalesMan

- Issue Purchase order and follow up for deliveries.

- Processing of TecCom Orders (DHL / YKNE) via Online

- Checking of Vendor-Ready Items vs Purchase Quantity and Price Before Requesting Advance Payment

Monitoring Cash Balance and Replenishment. Uploading Receipt in Qashio.

Cost control:

- Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Negotiate for pricing and payment terms. Ensure cost effective buying without comprising the quality.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure proper inventory levels.

- Monitor stocks and re-order quantity.

- Work with logistics and customs teams for import/export compliance and timely delivery of goods.

- Checking and Finalizing the ASN/GIT for Overseas Suppliers Before Posting

- Reconciliation of Discrepancies Between Purchase Orders and Warehouse Receipts

- Checking and Processing of Warranty Claims to Vendors

Processing of MOFA Documents (MOFA Attestation) for imported goods with Commercial Invoices more than 10000AED – Fuel Injection

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate record, report and documentation for audits and reviews.

Scanning of Invoices for submission to Accounts Team

Supplier Evaluation and Management:

- Gather feedback for quality of materials and defect rate.

- Check supplier’s responsiveness and lead time accuracy.

Develop and maintain relationships with approved suppliers

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
