Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated, professional Procurement & Sourcing Executive to manage end-to-end local and international procurement—from supplier sourcing to final delivery. The role covers factory procurement (chemicals, consumables, spare parts), support for a new trading division, and sourcing samples for manufacturing and R&D projects. We need a hands-on professional with strong sourcing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement cycle (RFQ → quotation comparison → PO issuance → shipment/customs follow-up → receiving).
• Source and qualify local and international suppliers, building strong supplier databases with alternatives per item.
• Prepare accurate RFQs and evaluate offers based on total landed cost, not price only.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms (payment terms, lead time, Incoterms, warranty, delay penalties/compensation).
• Track and expedite POs daily until final delivery; resolve delays proactively.
• Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, MSDS/COA when required).
• Support the trading division by sourcing resale products and improving supplier terms.
• Manage sample sourcing for manufacturing/R&D projects; document outcomes and support supplier approval with Quality/Production.
• Provide periodic management reports (open orders, savings, supplier performance, and risks).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement and sourcing (preferably 2–4 years), including international procurement.
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and end-to-end follow-up experience.
• Good understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and procurement documents.
• Industrial/manufacturing exposure (chemicals, spare parts, consumables) is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills for quotation comparison and analysis.
• ERP experience (preferably Odoo) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, strong negotiation personality, and high attention to detail.
