Procurement Executive – Garments & Uniforms

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of all materials, accessories, and services required for uniform and garment production. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement aligned with production schedules and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for fabrics, trims, buttons, zippers, threads, labels, packaging materials, and machinery-related supplies
• Request quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Raise purchase orders and closely monitor delivery timelines to ensure uninterrupted production
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying new vendors to enhance quality and reduce costs
• Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure materials meet technical and quality specifications
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase documentation, supplier databases, and supplier performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and plan material replenishment in line with production requirements
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant industry standards
• Support budgeting, cost control initiatives, and material cost analysis
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth receiving, inspection, and proper storage of materials

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably within garment, textile, or uniform manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment accessories, and sourcing processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
