Procurement Manager

Company’s info 1. Since 2010 “Source Everest” has been providing Customer service, HR & Web-development services exclusively to a company (est. 2003) based in Denmark. We are now expanding our team to include a Procurement Manager for managing our partner restaurant’s procurement needs. Contract & Stability 2. We’ll sign a long-term contract. 3. Twice a year review for better salary. Key Responsibilities 4. Identify and source new suppliers. 5. Communicate, Build & Maintan strong relationships with new suppliers. 6. Request and evaluate price quotations. 7. Negotiate terms and prices to ensure cost-effective procurement. 8. Document supplier agreements and procurement processes. 9. Keep an up-to-date product library and supplier database. 10. Track supplier activities in the Ordering Calendar (e.g., planning for future orders). 11. Ensure stock balance and inventory records are updated regularly. 12. Conduct quarterly check-ins with suppliers. 13. Address and resolve supplier-related issues promptly. 14. Place regular weekly orders based on inventory needs and forecasts. 15. Confirm orders and follow up on deliveries. 16. Oversee logistics to ensure timely & accurate deliveries. 17. Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely invoice processing resolve discrepancies. Skills & Qualifications: 18. Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management. 19. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 20. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software. 21. Knowledge of inventory management and logistics. 22. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. 23. Ability to work independently and in a team. Working hours 24. We promise a 6 days’ work week with a min. of 40hrs per week. 25. We will assign an 8h Shift within bracket 12.00 till 02.00 Workplace 26. Faisal Town, Lahore, Punjab Salary & Benefits 27. Paid Training period (min. 14 days, max. 1 month) 28.
