About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage all material procurement activities for our projects. The ideal candidate Must have hands‑on experience with Saudi Aramco procurement procedures and systems

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project material procurement from requisition through delivery, ensuring timely and cost‑effective acquisition.
• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with project goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, including Aramco‑approved vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco procurement procedures, material specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, supply agreements, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and project teams to resolve procurement and delivery issues.
• Monitor and report key procurement KPIs to senior management.
• Oversee logistics, expediting, and material tracking to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project procurement.
• Proven experience with Aramco procedures, standards, and procurement systems (e.g., vendor approval, SAMS).
• Strong understanding of procurement logistics, materials handling, and project supply chain.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred.

Contract & Benefits

• Contract Duration: 1–2 years initially with annual renewals (project life ~5+ years).
• Ticket & Visa: Provided by client.
• Annual Leave: 21–30 days per year.
• Accommodation & Transport: Options include on-site accommodation, transportation allowance, or both, per company policy.
