To manage, lead, and optimize the procurement and sourcing strategy for FM operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, consumables, equipment, subcontractors, and services at the best commercial and quality terms. The role focuses on cost efficiency, vendor management, compliance, and supporting operational needs across all FM projects.


  • Manage procurement of MEP materials, consumables, tools, uniforms, and subcontracted FM services
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and subcontractors
  • Lead RFQs/RFPs, tendering, negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Ensure cost control and compliance with company procurement policies
  • Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Finance, and Stores for timely material availability
  • Maintain and monitor supplier performance, SLAs, and vendor database
  • Support mobilization of new FM projects with required materials and equipment
