Procurement Officer
- Is responsible for souring, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipments, and services required for construction and waterproofing projects. The role ensures cost-effective and timely procurement relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sources, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction and waterproofing materials.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project and requiements and specifications.
- Prepare purchase orders, Request for Quotations, and procurement reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontrators.
- Monitor suppliers performance, quality and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to understand material needs.
- Maintain supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines.

- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical materials.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1-4 years of procurement experience in construction / waterproofing industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledgable of construction / waterproofing materials and market pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / Procurement software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Communicate well in English (Urdu, Hindi, Arabic speaker is advantage but not required)
