Procurement Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and services required for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities Procurement & Purchasing

• Procure fit-out materials such as joinery, finishes, FF&E, gypsum, glass, and metal works
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders using Focus software
• Coordinate with project and design teams to meet specifications and timelines

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintain approved vendor lists and ensure supplier performance

Cost Control & Coordination

• Ensure procurement aligns with project budgets
• Coordinate deliveries to site and maintain procurement documentation
• Support invoice verification and procurement reporting through Focus ERP

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in interior fit-out procurement
• Hands-on experience with Focus software / Focus ERP is mandatory
• Knowledge of fit-out materials, suppliers, and market pricing
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
