Procurement Officer (joinery background is a must)

• Source and procure materials, hardware, and joinery supplies for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and comparative statements.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and develop a reliable vendor network.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in UAE, preferably in joinery or fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of materials, market rates, and supplier networks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
