Procurement Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to support end-to-end technology sourcing and contracting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IT RFPs, contract redlining, and negotiating complex IT agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and protecting business interests. This role requires strong expertise across a wide range of IT categories, including software, SaaS, PaaS, hardware, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end RFP process for IT solutions, from requirements gathering through vendor selection.
• Review, redline, and negotiate IT contracts , focusing on legal terms and conditions to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors for software, SaaS, PaaS, IT hardware, IT services, and related agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, security, and technical stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
• Ensure procurement processes support cost optimization, risk management, and vendor performance.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and support contract lifecycle management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Procurement Specialist or in a similar IT sourcing/procurement role.
• Demonstrated expertise in RFP management , IT contract negotiations , and legal redlining .
• Strong knowledge of IT procurement categories: software, SaaS, PaaS, hardware, services, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance risk, compliance, and business needs in contract execution.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to technology and access requirements.
