Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify reliable sources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and construction standards.
• Assist in cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting procurement performance to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience in UAE, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and UAE market suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nationality: Asian preferred.
