- Lead and execute end-to-end procurement processes for high-value contracts, ensuring optimal value and risk mitigation.

- Negotiate complex contracts, leveraging market intelligence and strong relationship-building skills to achieve favorable terms.
- Manage supplier performance, conducting regular reviews and addressing any issues to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance.
- Oversee the procurement budget, tracking spend and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting procurement practices.
- Mentor and guide junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, acting as a primary point of contact for strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
