Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement and supply chain functions at Tandoori. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize sourcing strategies, manage supplier relations, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure seamless supply chain execution across all restaurant branches and business units. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for policy development, supplier performance, contract management, and risk mitigation while supervising the procurement team and aligning procurement objectives with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain roles, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail food sector is highly preferred.
