Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Engineer located in Abu Dhabi. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process, including evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. Daily tasks include collaborating with various departments, maintaining accurate records, monitoring supply chain metrics, and resolving any procurement-related issues that may arise. The goal is to ensure that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and standards. Also to develop a comprehensive database of material and services suppliers.


Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Industrial Engineering
• Effective Communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant experience in procurement within the technical contracting industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
