Description:

We are seeking a high-impact Business Growth & Innovation Manager to lead the expansion of our product portfolio across the GCC region. This role will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, driving product innovation, and executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration (SaaS experience is essential)

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has a strong understanding of GCC market dynamics, and can effectively collaborate across product, marketing, and commercial teams to bring new ideas to life

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion

Define and execute growth strategies focused on GCC market entry and expansion

Identify high-potential new product opportunities aligned with market needs and trends

Develop and refine business models to support scalable and sustainable growth

Product Innovation & Go-To-Market

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives (ideation validation launch)

Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies

Ensure product-market fit through customer insights, testing, and iteration

Market Intelligence & Insights

Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis within GCC

Translate data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions

Monitor regional trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities

Partnerships & Business Development

Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels

Evaluate investment opportunities and new revenue streams

Support negotiations and relationship management with key stakeholders

Performance & Business Planning

Develop growth forecasts, financial models, and KPIs

Track and report on performance of new initiatives and product launches

Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and insights

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on growth, innovation, and market positioning

Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams around growth priorities

Mentor team members and promote a culture of innovation and accountability

Qualifications & Experience

5–8+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, consulting, or innovation roles

Proven track record of launching or scaling products in the GCC or similar markets

Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory landscape

Experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments is highly preferred

Solid knowledge of financial modeling, business planning, and performance metrics

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in execution
