Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team at Social Champ. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality features that meet the needs of our users and align with our company’s vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential features.
  • User-Centric Development: Gather and prioritize customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead product development projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media management tools, AI technologies, and software development processes.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • User Focus: Passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
