We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Ride-Hailing
SaaS platform, which serves both B2C and B2B markets. This role involves managing our
current operational product, while also driving the development of a next-generation,
visionary platform that expands our capabilities and market reach.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the current product continues to
deliver value, while shaping the future of mobility through strategic innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and evolve the current ride-hailing product, ensuring stability, performance,
and customer satisfaction across B2C and B2B users. - Lead the vision and roadmap for the next-generation platform, aligning business
goals and emerging market needs. - Conduct deep market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform
product decisions. - Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver
high-impact features. - Prioritize initiatives across both products based on business value, customer
impact, and technical feasibility. - Engage with B2B clients to understand operational needs and tailor solutions
accordingly. - Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs; iterate based on insights
and feedback. - Ensure scalability, compliance, and localization across different regions and
customer segments.
Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in mobility, transportation, or
SaaS platforms. - Proven success in managing live products while simultaneously building new ones.
- Strong understanding of ride-hailing business models, dispatch systems, and fleet
management. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a
plus. - Experience with ERP or CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of API ecosystems and third-party integrations.
