Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the end-to-end product direction for our core suite, including consumer apps and platform capabilities. This role requires balancing growth, scalability, stability, and technical debt while serving as the product expert in internal teams and enterprise client/partner discussions. You will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to define priorities, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for consumer apps and platform features.
• Prioritize initiatives across customer value, partner commitments, and platform health, driving fast execution with minimal process overhead.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, anticipating risks and edge cases.
• Engage in architecture-level discussions, understanding APIs, data flows, integrations, scalability, and trade-offs to guide engineering decisions.
• Act as the product authority in internal and external discussions, aligning expectations and supporting enterprise client and partner engagements.
• Operate autonomously, taking full ownership from problem definition through delivery, measuring outcomes, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in Product Management (exceptional candidates with 5+ years considered).
• Domain: Experience in B2B, SaaS, or platform products preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
• Technical product management without coding (APIs, integrations, data flows, system trade-offs).
• Non-functional requirements : performance, reliability, scalability, security.
• Ability to write clear specifications and user stories with strong edge-case anticipation.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience managing enterprise stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
