Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of software solutions within an IT services environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients, business teams, and engineering, ensuring successful execution of digital products and client-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for software solutions
• Gather requirements from clients and internal stakeholders and translate them into clear product specifications
• Work closely with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality products
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in Agile environments
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements
• Support pre-sales and business development teams with product insights and solutioning

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT company / software house
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience handling client-facing products or custom software solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skil

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
