Product Operations Specialist

Following our successful launch in Hong Kong in 2023 and full market entry into Saudi Arabia , we have now expanded into the UAE , Kuwait , and Qatar as part of our ongoing global growth.

We are now seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia . This role is essential to supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensuring smooth coordination between logistics, operations, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Product Lifecycle Execution : Drive execution of the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and product launch.
• Translate Strategy into Action : Convert product strategies into clear and detailed requirements for prototyping and final delivery to product management teams.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work closely with operations, production, and sales teams to coordinate product releases and balance resources to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• General Task Management : Complete other relevant tasks assigned by leadership to support product and operational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and distribution
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and supplier management
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ownership mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
