Production Engineer

• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, blueprints, and specifications for civil engineering works (e.g. roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, site grading).
• Conduct site assessments, soil/ground investigations, environmental and hydrology studies, feasibility and risk analyses.
• Oversee project execution on site: supervise contractors, monitor quality control, ensure compliance with design specifications and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, quality assurance), external consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and ensure all regulatory approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
• Track project progress, prepare periodic reports for clients/management, and address any design or construction issues proactively.
• Manage risk, perform value engineering, and suggest corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Ensure all documentation — technical reports, as-built drawings, change orders, submittals — is properly managed and up to date.

Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
