Production Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing the production team to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes and daily operations.
• Ensure production is cost-effective, on time, and meets quality standards.
• Manage production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Supervise and motivate production staff; ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams.
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience:Min. 3+ years of experience in event and exhibition production or fabrication is often a requirement.
• Leadership:Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Technical Skills:Knowledge of production processes, joinery, and fit-out operations for interiors and exhibition stands.
• Organizational Skills:Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, create detailed project plans, and ensure timely delivery.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills to monitor production, analyze performance, and solve problems efficiently.
• Communication:Ability to liaise effectively with various departments, clients, and suppliers.
• Industry Network:A strong network within the local event and exhibition sector can be highly beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• exhibition : 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
