Production Manager (Medical Devices)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager with expertise in DRAP compliance to oversee manufacturing operations for medical devices. The role ensures adherence to regulatory standards, efficient production processes, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily production activities in line with DRAP regulations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor production schedules, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure consistent quality control.
• Train and supervise production staff.
• Foster collaboration among all production-related stakeholders and resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Bio, Chem, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of production management experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of DRAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
